guarantees provided by
the production of Boxes

Estimate the full value of the boxes to insure them during transportation. The recipient can receive a refund from the delivery service for the full amount of the order, in case of damage to the packages during delivery. Carefully inspect the package upon receipt to make sure there is no damage.
Compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”. Our customers can return the order within 14 days if they received products of inadequate quality or they do not meet the agreed parameters.

We guarantee the manufacture of durable and high-quality products, and production defects in our production are minimized and do not exceed 2%.

Product warranty period

We guarantee the manufacture of durable and high-quality products. The warranty period for our products is 2 months from the date of delivery. During this period, you can contact us to exercise your warranty rights if you find a manufacturing defect.

It is important that the rules for storing boxes are followed. Store cardboard boxes in a clean room, protected from rodents and pests, with low humidity and a stable temperature within 15-25°C. Also, stack them on a flat surface to avoid deformation.

Cases where
the warranty

if the product is damaged
during transportation
and use
in case of non-compliance
with the rules of use
when making
changes to the design
when the box
wears out due
to prolonged use

How to make an
exchange or return

To exercise your warranty rights and exchange or refund products that have certain defects, please contact us:

write to our managers in Telegram;
provide a photo of the delivery note, receipt or other document confirming receipt of the parcel;
send a photo showing the damage to the boxes.

If the product really contains manufacturing defects, we will ensure the production of a new batch or refund the money. The warranty will be valid for products with saved documents and compliance with the rules of use.

Boxes production is responsible for the production of boxes and customer service, so such situations occur very rarely. If such a situation occurs, we will do everything in our power to resolve it.
